Calling All Bachelorettes!

This fun cake was inspired by Debbie Brown's book Naughty Cakes, and is to celebrate a Bachelorette party. This cake is a yellow cake filled and frosted with a new buttercream recipe then covered and decorated in fondant.

"All I knew was that I wanted a cake for my husband's 40th birthday celebration that said "Kiss the 30's Goodbye". Christine came up with all the rest. "Christine made a cake for my baby shower and I have to say it was the best chocolate cake I have ever had. A lot of cakes are beautiful to look at but they end up dry and tasteless. This cake was both beautiful and delicious. Thankfully, there was a piece left over so I could take it home and enjoy it again!
